ProgrammeThe Executive MBA is the product of a powerful partnership between two prestigious Business Schools: The Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and the WU Executive Academy of the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU) and will start next in March 2011.The WU Executive MBA program focuses on general management and leadership issues and taught in English. Emphasis is placed on the impact of globalization, the development of appropriate corporate strategies, the management of change processes and the acquisition of solid financial management skills. During 14 months and only 40 working days off-the job, participants work on three continents and earn degrees from two leading business schools in America and Europe. Ten four-day modules are taught in Vienna and are accompanied by two-week pre and post module distance learning phases.
